Increase Conference started in 2021 with a visionto see young people rise up and be the leaders we are called to be and to influence our community and to point them to Jesus.

Increase is a 2 day youth leadership experience designed to encourage, equip and extend the positive influence we know that today’s youth can have in their world. Across the two days there will be quest speakers and Masterclasses aimed at adding value to what they already have in their understanding of leadership.

As a teenager myself, I remember the value of my Youth leaders reminding me of the fact I am a leader. It was hard for me to comprehend this and to really accept I can be a leader now. Whether that be at my school, my sporting team, my home and many other areas. What I have come to learn in my 16 years of Youth ministry is that leadership is influencing the space you occupy. Everyone has the ability to influence in an incredible way. So why do I believe so much in this event? Because I had people believe in and championed me personally that greatly impacted and changed my life. My encouragement is to sign up! not because your mates said to, but maybe for the first time it’s time to invest in you. My prayer is that this will be a life changing conference that will see our youth soar in a mighty ways.
